HEAD CHEF

  • Provide feedback on the food quality of bulk purchases, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
  • Ensure all food preparation adheres to regulatory guidelines and safety standards.
  • Develop standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing dining experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items and implement strategies to minimize spoilage of infrequently used items.
  • Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, emphasizing proper sanitization methods to maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Years of proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong ability to track expenses and manage a budget effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team to achieve culinary excellence.
  • A deep passion for the art of food design and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Culinary Degree or equivalent experience in the culinary arts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
