HEAD CHEF

Responsibilities:

- Provide feedback on the food quality of bulk purchases, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
- Ensure all food preparation adheres to regulatory guidelines and safety standards.
- Develop standardized food presentation guidelines for each dish, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of commonly used items and implement strategies to minimize spoilage of infrequently used items.
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, emphasizing proper sanitization methods to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Qualification and Experience:
- Years of proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong ability to track expenses and manage a budget effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team to achieve culinary excellence.
- A deep passion for the art of food design and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences.
- Culinary Degree or equivalent experience in the culinary arts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
