The\nrole requires strong expertise in high\-volume retail transactions, multi\-payment\nreconciliations, GST, audits, and internal controls

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/div>

  • Lead overall finance strategy, planning & budgeting for multi\-store QSR\noperations <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive P&L management, cost control & profitability improvement<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Oversee daily accounting, MIS, and financial reporting<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage store\-wise sales reconciliation (POS, UPI, card, cash, wallets)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ensure cash flow, working capital & fund management<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Control inventory valuation, wastage & food cost analysis (COGS) <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead taxation & compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory filings) <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Handle audits \u2013 internal, statutory & process audits <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Implement financial controls, SOPs & fraud prevention systems <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor CAPEX planning for new outlets & expansion projects <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage vendor payments, contracts & negotiations <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Drive ERP/POS finance integration & automation <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Supervise payroll, reimbursements & employee settlements <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Prepare financial dashboards & business insights for leadership <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead and develop the finance & accounts team
    <\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications:<\/b>
    <\/div>

    <\/div>
    \u2022 Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is required.
    <\/div>
    \u2022 10\-15 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role.
    <\/div>
    \u2022 Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
    <\/div>
    \u2022 Expert Level accounting knowledge.
