We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Vice Principal Admin to join our educational institution in Benin City, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Principal in overseeing the administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, and contributing to the overall success of our students and staff.

  • Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and strategic plans
  • Oversee and manage administrative staff, ensuring efficient operations across all departments
  • Coordinate and supervise student disciplinary procedures and attendance management
  • Manage school budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with teachers and department heads to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices
  • Facilitate professional development programs for staff and faculty
  • Ensure compliance with local and national educational regulations and policies
  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of teaching and non-teaching staff
  • Implement and oversee school safety and emergency procedures
  • Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Education Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in educational administration
  • Prior experience as a teacher or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in educational administration software and technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, and staff
  • Expertise in budget management qnd financial planning
  • Demonstrated conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of educational policies and regulations in Nigeria
  • Understanding of curriculum development and implementation strategies
  • Familiarity with student assessment and performance evaluation methods
  • Ability to adapt to changing educational landscapes and implement innovative practices
