Head of Business Services & Innovation

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Head of Business Services and Innovation to lead the technology function across Belron NZ. This role is responsible for developing and delivering a technology strategy aligned to business objectives, enabling operational excellence and supporting long term growth.

You will lead the technology road map, including enterprise architecture, core systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP platforms), and a portfolio of change and transformation initiatives. You will ensure strong governance, effective project delivery and alignment with best-practise technology and operational standards.

Working closely with ANZ and global technology teams, you will ensure systems are fit for purpose, secure and delivering business value. You will also lead and develop the NZ technology team, building capability and driving a high-performance culture.

Location: Our Auckland Support Office (1 Carmont Place, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060)

Hours: 40 hours per week

What we’re looking for

• 7 – 10 years experience in a senior technology leadership role
• Proven experience defining and delivering technology strategy and transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly desirable).
• Experience leading enterprise architecture, governance and project portfolios.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Commercially mined it was strong business case development skills.
• Agile mindset and experience in modern delivery environments.
• Energetic, strategic and results driven leadership style.
