<\/span><\/span>Bluserena\nis looking for a <\/span><\/span>Head of Digital Marketing & Growth<\/span><\/span><\/b> (m/f/d) <\/b>to lead the\nGroup\u2019s digital growth strategy, enhance commercial performance, and elevate\nthe end\-to\-end customer experience across all digital touchpoints.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span>In\nthis role, you will report to the Director of Marketing & Communication and\nwill be responsible for defining and executing the Group\u2019s digital vision, with\nfull ownership of acquisition, conversion, engagement, and loyalty strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/div>
  • Define and lead the Group\u2019s digital growth strategy, aligned with business, revenue, and brand objectives<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Oversee the entire guest lifecycle: awareness, acquisition, booking, engagement, retention, and loyalty<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage digital strategies across SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Display, Metasearch, Email Marketing, and Affiliate channels<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Plan, execute, and optimize full\-funnel media and performance investments, monitoring KPIs such as direct revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, CAC, lead generation, brand visibility, and ROI<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Supervise website, booking engine, UX, CRO, and the digital customer journey<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Identify and develop new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across performance marketing, CRM, loyalty, analytics, and digital experience<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, and Brand teams to align commercial priorities and digital initiatives<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead CRM and loyalty strategies through segmentation, personalization, customer profiling, customer value, and data activation<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Support the CRM Coordinator and Loyalty Coordinator in developing campaigns and programs dedicated to repeat guests<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead marketing analysis and customer insight activities through dashboards, reporting, surveys, customer research, and UX analysis<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Promote a customer\-centric, data\-driven culture focused on continuous innovation<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Lead digital transformation and digital enablement initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders, partners, and media, CRM, and digital agencies<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, reporting, governance, execution quality, and consistency across digital platforms<\/span><\/span>

    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS<\/b><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/div>
    • At least 8 years of experience in leadership roles within Digital Marketing<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Proven experience in driving digital revenue growth and customer acquisition strategies<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong expertise in performance marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and digital analytics<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Deep understanding of the customer journey, conversion optimization, and digital product evolution<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience managing and developing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating external agencies<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and results\-oriented mindset<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent stakeholder management and cross\-functional collaboration skills<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Ability to operate effectively in complex, dynamic, and transformational environments with a customer\-centric approach<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience in hospitality, travel, leisure, or consumer\-driven industries is considered a strong plus<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Fluent in both Italian and English

      Salary Range in line with the pay transparency principles set out in EU Directive 2023/970: CCNL: Tourism \u2013 Federalberghi; Level: 1st Level \u2013 QB; RAL: \u20ac50,000 \u2013 \u20ac60,000

      The final salary placement within this range will be determined based on an objective assessment of the candidate\u2019s skills, previous experience, and professional qualifications demonstrated throughout the selection process.
