Level:<\/b> Senior leadership \u2014 responsible for\ntranslating commercial targets into operational plans, cost discipline,\ngovernance, and analytics across all distribution channels.

Key responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>- Distribution planning:<\/span><\/b> Own annual and\n quarterly distribution plans (business volumes, revenue, channel mix, cost\n budgets) and convert strategy into operational roadmaps.<\/span>
<\/li>- Plan vs delivery\n monitoring:<\/span><\/b> Track\n performance vs plan; produce weekly/monthly variance analysis and\n corrective actions.<\/span>
<\/li>- Enablement:<\/span><\/b> Design enablers\n (processes, SLAs, incentives, training, tools) to improve channel\n productivity and conversion.<\/span>
<\/li>- Cost management:<\/span><\/b> Build and manage\n distribution cost budgets; identify optimization levers and ensure spend\n discipline.<\/span>
<\/li>- Governance:<\/span><\/b> Establish\n distribution governance, approval workflows, controls and compliance\n checks.<\/span>
<\/li>- Team building:<\/span><\/b> Recruit, structure\n and lead a Distribution Ops team (planning, MIS, analytics, channel ops).<\/span>
<\/li>- Cross\u2011functional\n liaison:<\/span><\/b> Coordinate\n with Product, Underwriting, Claims, Finance, IT and Sales to align\n launches, commissions, MIS and operational dependencies.<\/span>
<\/li>- MIS & analytics:<\/span><\/b> Deliver dashboards\n and analytics for channel performance, unit economics, acquisition cost,\n persistency and ROI.<\/span>
<\/li>- Continuous improvement:<\/span><\/b> Drive automation,\n tool integrations and process standardization to scale operations.<\/span>
<\/li>- Reporting:<\/span><\/b> Present\n distribution performance, forecasts and strategic recommendations to the\n executive team.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
Experience & qualifications<\/b>
<\/p>- 10+ years<\/span><\/b> in distribution,\n operations or commercial planning (insurance/insurtech/financial\n services); 5+ years<\/b> in leadership preferred.<\/span>
<\/li>- Deep knowledge of\n insurance distribution channels (brokers, bancassurance, agency, digital,\n government/tenders).<\/span>
<\/li>- Education:<\/span><\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree;\n MBA or advanced degree preferred.<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong Excel modelling;\n experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau); familiarity with\n CRM/distribution platforms; SQL/Python is an advantage.<\/span>
