Job Overview:<\/strong>
The Head of English will lead the development and delivery of the English curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning across all secondary school levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff within the department, supporting student progress, and fostering a love for literature and language among students.

Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong>
\- Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Education or related field (minimum requirement)
\- At least 4 years\u2019 teaching experience in an international or British curriculum setting
\- Strong knowledge of UK National Curriculum requirements for Secondary Education
\- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams or departments preferred
\- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage students effectively
\- Ability to develop innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learner needs
\- Competent in using educational technology tools to enhance learning outcomes
