Head of Finance

You will architect the long-term financial roadmap, lead treasury and capital allocation, and institutionalize reporting, audit readiness, and internal controls. You will build a scalable finance tech stack and data infrastructure, produce executive-grade financial models and insights, lead M&A and complex tax work, and manage external auditors, tax authorities, and strategic stakeholders.

• Provide executive-level financial modeling and analysis
• Design and implement scalable finance tech stack and data infrastructure
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including M&A and tax structuring
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and partners

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in high-growth technology environments
• Proven experience influencing company strategy and fundraising at the Board and executive levels
• Experience building, mentoring, and scaling finance and accounting teams
• Mastery of complex financial modeling and synthesis of multifaceted data sets
• Operational excellence in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to Board, investors, and regulators
• Deep Web3 or Fintech experience (nice to have), including treasury management of digital assets
