Head of Fleet Management

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily fleet operations to ensure high vehicle utilization, operational reliability, and service efficiency.
• Develop and execute fleet growth and modernization strategies aligned with business expansion and customer demand.
• Manage fleet planning, vehicle lifecycle, and adoption of new technologies to enhance operational performance and sustainability.
• Implement preventive maintenance, downtime control, and safety initiatives to maintain optimal fleet condition and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and vendor relationships including suppliers, maintenance providers, insurers, and government agencies.
• Drive continuous improvement in fleet utilization, customer service standards, contract management, and overall operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business / Engineering
• At least 8 years of Fleet Management for Automotive
