Head of Global Markets
You will own the strategic vision, P&L, and institutional scaling of the Global Markets division. You will lead and mentor a 20+ person organization, build and deeply understand product architecture, drive current revenue while building the pipeline for future products, and partner with Risk to manage market, credit, and operational risk. You will optimize capital allocation and liquidity, represent the division to executives and external forums, and make strategic decisions to move the business forward in a fast paced 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities

- Own the division's market credit and operational risk in partnership with Risk
- Optimize allocation of institutional capital and liquidity
- Represent the division to executives and external forums
Requirements
- 12-15+ years of senior leadership in Global Markets or Prime Services at a top-tier investment bank hedge fund or major digital asset platform
- Direct experience building or managing a business unit with $100M+ in annual revenue
- Proven experience managing a team of 20+ professionals including Managing Directors
- Direct experience managing institutional-scale balance sheets
- Deep functional understanding of Spot Prime Financing and Derivatives and underlying technical architecture
- Experience with IPO-grade scaling and governance
- Stamina to lead in a 24/7 high-growth environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance Economics or a quantitative field (MBA or CFA highly preferred)
