Head Of Growth & Marketing | $3K-$3.5K Base + $1K quarterly performance bonus + Remote | Amazing E-commerce Brand
We're looking for an experienced Head of Growth & Marketing to lead and execute the company's entire marketing strategy across paid media, organic content, viral videos, ecommerce, and customer acquisition through social media content (product marketing).
This is not a role for someone who simply manages agencies or coordinates campaigns: We're looking for a true operator, someone who enjoys building, creating, testing, and optimizing every aspect of the marketing engine while using data to drive continuous growth.
You'll own both strategy and execution, working directly with the founders to scale revenue, improve marketing efficiency, and build systems that support long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Paid Media
- Own the overall growth strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on profitable growth.
- Continuously improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) while increasing advertising spend responsibly.
- Test creative concepts, audiences, offers, and messaging to maximize performance.
Content Strategy & Creative Production
- Develop and execute a high-performing content strategy across social platforms.
- Create and oversee engaging short-form video content that drives both engagement and sales.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and continuously test new creative formats for the driking industry.
Ecommerce & Website Optimization
- Optimize the Shopify website for conversion and customer experience.
- Improve product pages, landing pages, offers, bundles, and merchandising.
- Conduct A/B testing to increase conversion rates and average order value.
- Manage content and assets for TikTok Shop, Amazon, and other ecommerce channels.
Marketing Operations & Analytics
- Track key marketing KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
- Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in creative production, research, copywriting, and execution.
- 4+ years of experience leading growth or performance marketing initiatives.
- Proven success scaling ecommerce or consumer brands.
- Strong expertise managing paid advertising across Meta and Google.
- Experience creating high-performing short-form video content.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and ecommerce conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar to create and improve marketing workflows.
