Head of Human Resources

You will define and execute HR strategy, design and operate HR systems, and lead recruitment strategy. You will develop talent and leadership, make people-investment decisions tied to business growth, and provide management with recommendations on organization and personnel.

Requirements

  • Practical experience and oversight in human resources
  • Experience designing HR systems and driving their adoption (grading, evaluation, compensation design or major revisions)
  • Experience operating HR systems in a growth phase
  • Experience collaborating with management and business stakeholders
  • Experience as an HR manager in a startup (preferred)
  • Experience preparing for IPO or strengthening governance (preferred)
  • Understanding of Fintech, IT or Web3 domains (preferred)
  • Experience in recruitment branding and communications (preferred)
  • Business perspective and commercial understanding (preferred)
  • Business English (preferred)
