Head of Integrated Marketing (North America)

About the Role We are looking for a Head of Integrated Marketing to lead end-to-end marketing execution across North America, translating premium growth strategy into impactful, market-facing campaigns. This role sits at the center of product, brand, and channel execution — owning how our products come to life in the market through best-in-class launches and fully integrated marketing programs. You will partner closely with our Head of Premium Growth to bring a unified, high-end consumer experience to life — from product storytelling to channel orchestration — across all touchpoints. 🚀 What You’ll Do 1️⃣ Lead Product Launches (Core Responsibility) * Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for key product launches in North America * Define launch plans, timelines, messaging, and cross-functional alignment * Ensure seamless coordination across product, sales, PR, retail, and digital channels 2️⃣ Drive 360° Integrated Marketing * Plan and execute fully integrated campaigns across: * PR & Communications * Social & Influencer * Retail (e.g., Best Buy, REI) * E-commerce (Amazon, DTC) * Ensure consistent storytelling and premium brand expression across all channels 3️⃣ Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution * Act as the central driver across Product, Sales, Brand, and Global teams * Translate strategy into clear execution plans and deliverables * Manage timelines, dependencies, and execution quality 4️⃣ Elevate Consumer Experience & Brand Impact * Bring strong consumer insight into how products are positioned and experienced * Ensure campaigns resonate with premium audiences and drive both engagement and conversion * Balance brand storytelling with performance and business impact 5️⃣ Build & Lead High-Performing Teams * Lead and mentor a team across integrated marketing functions * Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and cross-team collaboration 🎯 What We’re Looking For ✅ Required Experience * 10+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on product launches and integrated marketing * Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns (PR, social, retail, ecom) * Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and global stakeholders * Strong execution mindset with ability to drive complex initiatives end-to-end You Are * A builder and operator who can turn strategy into execution * Equally comfortable with product storytelling and channel orchestration * Highly collaborative, with strong ownership and accountability * Detail-oriented but able to operate at speed in a fast-paced environment ✨ Why Join Us * Opportunity to shape the future of premium wearable and fitness technology * Work at the intersection of product, brand, and community-driven growth * Be part of a fast-growing, globally connected team
