RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead and oversee maintenance operations at our power generation plant and ensure safe, reliable and efficient performance. A key leader of our Power Generation group, you will oversee preventive, corrective and outage maintenance across mechanical, electrical and control & instrumentation disciplines, while driving high plant availability, strong safety standards and costeffective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations and major outages.
• Drive effective maintenance planning, maintenance management system utilisation and cost control.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in power generation or process plant maintenance management.
• Proven leadership in outage management and building strong, collaborative maintenance teams
