Head of Maintenance

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Maintenance to lead and oversee maintenance operations at our power generation plant and ensure safe, reliable and efficient performance. A key leader of our Power Generation Group, you will oversee preventive, corrective and outage maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, and Control & Instrumentation disciplines, while driving high plant availability, strong safety standards and cost‑effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance operations and major outages.
• Drive effective maintenance planning, maintenance management system utilisation and cost control.
• Lead and manage multidisciplinary maintenance teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or related).
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in power generation or process plant maintenance management.
• Proven leadership in outage management and building strong, collaborative maintenance teams.
