HIRING: HEAD OF MARKETING, ACQUISITION & GROWTH
📍 Location: Remote
Salary: ₦5,000,000 – ₦7,000,000 Net Monthly
A fast-growing global fintech and digital payments company is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing, Acquisition & Growth to lead its next phase of aggressive global expansion.
This is not a traditional marketing leadership role. We are looking for a highly execution-driven growth operator with proven experience scaling consumer technology products, driving user acquisition, building growth systems, and delivering measurable business outcomes at scale.
The ideal candidate must possess strong commercial instincts and the ability to operate across African, U.S., European, and diaspora markets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead and scale multi-channel acquisition and growth strategies
• Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
• Build high-performing growth systems across paid, organic, referral, influencer, and community channels
• Develop creator, partnership, and ambassador ecosystems
• Lead performance marketing and lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Translate product value into compelling market narratives and scalable growth campaigns
• Build data-driven growth loops and scalable customer acquisition frameworks
• Monitor key growth metrics including CAC, retention, activation, conversion, and cohort performance
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Fintech

• Consumer internet products
• Creator economy platforms
• High-growth technology startups
• Digital wallets or related industries
You should have:
• Proven success scaling consumer products in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of growth economics and performance marketing
• Experience driving measurable user and revenue growth at scale
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of acquisition, retention, partnerships, and community-led growth
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability startup environments
REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 7–10 years relevant experience
• Strong fintech or high-growth tech background preferred
• Demonstrated success in scaling digital products or user communities
• Experience with analytics, attribution, lifecycle marketing, and growth systems
• Strong ownership mentality, urgency, adaptability, and execution focus
