Head of Marketing, Acquisition & Growth

Salary: ₦5,000,000 – ₦7,000,000 net monthly

Requirements
• 7–10 years' relevant experience in marketing, growth, or digital product scaling
• Strong fintech or high-growth tech background preferred
• Proven success scaling consumer products or user communities
• Experience in acquisition, retention, lifecycle marketing, and performance marketing
• Strong understanding of growth economics, CAC, conversion, and analytics
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments

Responsibilities
• Lead multi-channel acquisition and growth strategies
• Drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth
• Build scalable growth systems (paid, organic, referral, influencer, community)
• Develop partnership, creator, and ambassador ecosystems
• Lead performance and lifecycle marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams
• Build data-driven growth loops and acquisition frameworks
• Monitor and optimize key growth metrics (CAC, retention, conversion, cohorts)
• Translate product value into scalable growth campaigns
