Head of Marketing & Growth (Trading)

  • Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives. Lead day-to-day operations and build scalable systems for consistent, measurable growth.
  • Design and optimize B2B and B2C acquisition funnels targeting retail traders, prop firms, brokerages, and financial institutions. Monitor performance and improve conversion metrics continuously.
  • Oversee campaign execution across paid advertising, webinars, email marketing, landing pages, video content, affiliate programs, partnerships, and social media. Ensure all campaigns are structured, measurable, and goal-aligned.
  • Position the platform as a leading trading infrastructure provider. Maintain messaging consistency that communicates technological differentiation across retail and institutional segments.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external agencies, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time at high standards. Present plans and performance results to leadership.
  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with senior-level ownership of strategy and execution
  • Proven track record in fintech, trading platforms, brokerages, prop firms, or related industries
  • Deep understanding of trading ecosystems: retail/professional traders, prop firms, brokers, and platform dynamics
  • Expertise in paid advertising, marketing funnels, automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Infusionsoft/Keap, GoHighLevel), email marketing, and campaign performance optimization
  • Experience managing B2B and B2C acquisition strategies with demonstrated lead generation results
  • C1 English level or higher
