Head of Marketing & Herbicide Lead – ASEAN

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven marketing leader to shape and accelerate our growth across ASEAN. As Head of Marketing & Herbicide Lead, you will drive regional marketing excellence while leading the performance and expansion of our herbicides portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own portfolio strategy, lead innovation launches, and strengthen our competitive position across diverse ASEAN markets.

ASEAN Marketing Leadership

· Define and execute regional marketing strategy aligned to business goals

· Drive integrated campaigns to grow brand leadership and market share

· Ensure strong, consistent brand positioning across ASEAN

· Build scalable frameworks for product launches and demand generation

· Partner with global teams to localize strategies for regional success

· Manage budgets, agencies, and performance to maximize ROI

Herbicides Portfolio Leadership

· Own portfolio strategy including pricing, positioning, segmentation, and lifecycle management

· Lead commercialization and launch of new innovations

· Deliver revenue, profitability, and market share growth

· Identify expansion opportunities across crops, segments, and markets

· Develop data-driven go-to-market strategies tailored to local needs

· Partner with country teams to drive execution excellence

Strategic Launch Excellence

· Establish best-in-class launch capabilities across ASEAN

· Translate technical product strengths into compelling market value

· Drive demand through field programs, channel engagement, and digital activation

· Monitor competitive, regulatory, and market developments

Cross-Functional Leadership

· Act as a bridge across commercial, technical, regulatory, and supply teams

· Influence stakeholders across global, regional, and country organizations

· Coach and elevate marketing capabilities across ASEAN teams

· Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)

· 15+ years’ experience inagrochemicals, crop protection or agriculture

· Strong expertise in herbicides and portfolio marketing

· Proven success in product launches and commercialization

· Regional experience, preferably within ASEAN

· Leadership experience in marketing or commercial roles
