Head of Marketing
You will lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, design and run direct-to-consumer campaigns, manage performance marketing channels, analyze metrics to drive growth, maintain brand consistency across touchpoints, and recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy
- Leverage knowledge of crypto markets to tailor campaigns

Requirements
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Must own crypto personally
- Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with proven track record in the crypto market
- Crypto lending experience is a plus
- Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing and familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Experience in both performance marketing and brand marketing
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
- Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication, writing, leadership, and interpersonal skills
