Head of Marketing

You will lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategy, design and run direct-to-consumer campaigns, manage performance marketing channels, analyze metrics to drive growth, maintain brand consistency across touchpoints, and recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy
  • Leverage knowledge of crypto markets to tailor campaigns
  • Design and implement direct-to-consumer campaigns
  • Analyze marketing metrics and forecast performance
  • Manage performance marketing channels for optimal ROI

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Must own crypto personally
  • Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience with proven track record in the crypto market
  • Crypto lending experience is a plus
  • Strong background in direct-to-consumer marketing and familiarity with marketing automation tools
  • Experience in both performance marketing and brand marketing
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools
  • Startup experience and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication, writing, leadership, and interpersonal skills
