Head of Marketing - SSEA / AMEPK

Key responsibilities of role

  • Leads marketing strategy development across crops and CUs for the geographical target to maximize customer experience and ROI
  • Leads, coaches and manages the dedicated marketing teams across two regions and related budget to maximize brand value and customer experience, optimizing the product portfolio for the targeted customer segment.
  • Ensures an effective, harmonized execution of marketing processes, tools, and decision platforms across all CUs.
  • Ensure branding remains aligned to global guidance across region and , customer segments
  • Signs off 5 year planning .
  • Develops strategy driving customer value proposition across crops and regions.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives, guiding Marketing Heads in the design of effective go to market strategies
  • Own and manage Marketing Budget (includes A&P spend) ensuring deployment in line with agreed strategies and with the purpose to maximize return on investment
  • Co-develop strategy for in & out licensing activities by identifying gaps and business opportunities and providing inputs to Regional Alliance Lead.
  • Streamline and prioritize market segments developing marketing digital strategies and governing their implementation to create a compelling offer

Knowledge, experience & capabilities

  • Several years of experience in brand management, marketing, and customer experience
  • Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and customer insights to inform business decisions
  • Experience in managing budgets and financial performance
