Position Summary:

This is a senior leadership role with real scope and real impact. From day one, you will have ownership of the brand strategy and the support of a leadership team that is genuinely invested in getting it right.

Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)

  • Own the Everise brand strategy end-to-end — positioning, messaging architecture, visual identity, tone of voice, and how all of it shows up from a LinkedIn post to a $10M RFP response

  • Build the brand system that scales — guidelines, templates, and governance frameworks so every function works from the same playbook

  • Create and lead an executive thought leadership program that puts Everise voices into the conversations that shape enterprise buyer decisions — analyst briefings, industry publications, earned media, and major events

  • Own analyst relations — Gartner, Forrester, Everest Group, NelsonHall — and develop a proactive program that improves how we're positioned in the reports enterprise buyers read before they shortlist

  • Partner closely with Sales and Client Services to translate brand strategy into RFP narratives, capability decks, event experiences, and pipeline-ready content

  • Build a digital brand presence that performs — including how Everise appears in AI-driven search, answer engines, and LLM-sourced content, not just traditional SEO

  • Define brand health metrics that matter: share of voice, analyst positioning movement, brand attribution in pipeline, and sentiment over time

  • Lead and grow a high-performing brand team — internal talent and agency partners — with clarity, high standards, and a culture where people do the best work of their careers

  • Stay close to the market: what competitors are doing, how enterprise buyers are talking about AI and CX, and where Everise has white space to own a conversation

Requirements

  • 12+ years in brand strategy or senior marketing leadership with meaningful B2B enterprise experience — technology services, CX, BPO, SaaS, or AI-adjacent companies preferred

  • Category creation or brand repositioning experience — you have helped define or reframe a company's market position, not just maintained one, and you understand what it takes to shift analyst and buyer perception over time

  • Analyst relations ownership — direct experience managing relationships with Gartner, Forrester, Everest Group, or equivalent. You know how to build credibility with analysts and improve positioning across a 12-24 month program cycle

  • Executive thought leadership programming — ghostwriting, speaker strategies, LinkedIn-first executive visibility, earned media. You've built these programs and you have the results to show for them

  • Sales and brand alignment — you have worked closely enough with Sales to understand how brand investment supports pipeline. You can connect brand strategy to revenue outcomes in language a CFO understands

  • Brand system building — messaging frameworks, visual identity governance, brand architecture across a complex global organization with multiple service lines and markets

  • AI-era digital fluency — you understand how brand content, structure, and authority influence how companies are represented in AI-driven search, LLMs, and answer engines

  • Team leadership — you hire well, develop talent, build a high-standards culture, and retain people because they grow under your leadership

  • Data fluency — you set KPIs, track them honestly, and use the results to make decisions and demonstrate value

  • Adaptability — Everise is a fast-moving company. You produce excellent work in both structured and shifting environments

Compensation & Benefits:

The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $250,000- $325,000.
