Head of Northern Europe, Enterprise / Majors

You will own the Northern Europe enterprise number, driving pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment across the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics. You will lead, coach, and grow a team of Enterprise AEs, engage with C-level and VP-level buyers, develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies, and drive outbound pipeline. You will accurately forecast and report on team activity and revenue, represent the business at regional events and executive engagements, identify new enterprise verticals, remove deal blockers through cross-functional collaboration, and recruit top enterprise sales talent.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Northern Europe enterprise pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attainment
  • Lead coach and grow a team of Enterprise account executives
  • Build and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships at priority accounts
  • Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy
  • Drive outbound pipeline generation alongside your team
  • Accurately forecast and report on team activity and revenue
  • Represent the company at regional industry events and executive engagements
  • Identify and pursue new enterprise verticals and market segments
  • Collaborate with Product Customer Success and Legal to remove deal blockers
  • Recruit top enterprise sales talent and build a culture of accountability

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS or technical software environment
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise sales teams in Northern Europe
  • Hands-on leader comfortable coaching on deals and participating in critical meetings
  • Deep understanding of complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven track record of exceeding regional revenue targets and developing high-performing AEs
  • Experience selling to and building relationships with C-level and VP-level technical executives
  • Fluency in English additional Northern European languages (e.g. Swedish Dutch Danish) a strong plus
  • Familiarity with developer tooling frontend infrastructure or cloud platforms is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Vercel Next.js or the modern web development ecosystem is a plus
  • Based in London and comfortable with regional travel across Northern Europe
