As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and commercially driven Head of Operations (F&B) to lead and scale our Singapore operations.
The Opportunity
This is a rare executive leadership opportunity for a high-performing operator who thrives in fast-growth environments. You will have full ownership of Singapore's business performance, including revenue growth, operational excellence, enterprise sales, marketplace expansion, and profitability.
Reporting directly to the Group Board, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of one of Singapore's leading workforce technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & P&L Management
• Take full ownership of the Singapore business unit's profit and loss performance.
• Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies within the workforce and staffing ecosystem.
• Build and manage annual business plans, budgets, and growth forecasts.
Enterprise Sales & Business Development
• Lead enterprise client acquisition efforts across hospitality, F&B, retail, events, logistics, and other key sectors.
• Secure long-term strategic partnerships and high-volume staffing contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Improve fulfilment rates, service quality, and operational efficiency.
• Drive worker acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to improve marketplace liquidity and customer experience.
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations, MOM requirements, CPF obligations, and labor laws.
• Implement strong operational controls and governance frameworks.
• Oversee risk management, reporting, and regulatory compliance activities.
Product & Ecosystem Expansion
• Support adoption of new platform services and monetization initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to improve platform capabilities.
• Drive growth of AI-enabled workforce solutions and emerging digital service offerings.
Requirements:
Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in high-growth technology, staffing, marketplace, logistics, or platform-based business.
• Proven experience managing P&L responsibility and scaling business operations.
• Track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Industry Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of Singapore's workforce, staffing, hospitality, retail, or platform economy sectors.
• Established networks within Singapore's corporate ecosystem is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with gig economy, on-demand workforce, or marketplace business models preferred.
