Compensation: up to $15K/month – base plus performance bonus
Must-have:
— Managed $1M+/month in Meta ad spend. You drove strategy, structure, testing approaches, automation, and team hiring – both hands-on and through your team. You understand how Meta works from the inside: signals, auctions, account structure, optimization logic.
— Managed a buying team of 3-4 people minimum – media buyers, analysts, creative producers. You walked through the logic and mechanics with your team and defended decisions at the CMO level.
— Worked with the automation layer. You've built it in-house or integrated external services. You understand what's underneath: CPA thresholds, scale-or-kill rules, decision logic.
— Fluent across consumer funnels – mobile, web, web-to-app, app-to-app. You know how conversion windows, attribution delays, and revenue tracking differ across these setups.
— Creative factory for Meta – analysis, testing mechanics, and generation. You've built or co-built this layer.
— Strong English. Confident speaking and writing with English-speaking clients.
