About the Team:

At Delasport, you’ll work with a diverse and talented group of professionals who are passionate about redefining the iGaming experience. Your team will be dynamic, supportive, and dedicated to driving innovation, ensuring you have the resources and collaboration needed to excel.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Product Casino to manage and mentor our team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment between casino product strategies and business objectives. In this senior leadership role, you will define the overall casino product vision, drive key initiatives across our casino offering, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver engaging, data-driven, and commercially successful player experiences.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.
Define and execute the casino product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, market trends, and player needs.
Own the evolution of Delasport’s casino offering, including game portfolio strategy, player engagement initiatives, promotional mechanics, and product enhancements.
Drive the optimization of key casino KPIs, including player retention, engagement, conversion, GGR, NGR, and lifetime value.
Collaborate closely with Commercial, CRM, Operations, Compliance, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver best-in-class casino experiences.
Manage relationships with casino internal stakeholders, ensuring an excellent and differentiated product offering.
Leverage market research, competitive analysis, customer insights, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic choices.
Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the casino vertical.
Ensure efficient resource allocation and strategic planning to maximize business impact and operational effectiveness.
Advocate for best practices in product management, player-centric design, responsible gaming, and agile product development.

Who You Are:

Proven experience mentoring product teams within the iGaming industry, with significant exposure to online casino products.
Strong management and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and scale high-performing product teams.
Deep understanding of the online casino ecosystem, including game providers, aggregation platforms, player behavior, promotional tools, and regulatory considerations.
Demonstrated success in defining and executing product strategies that drive player engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing the right choices across all organizational levels.
Strong systematic and data-driven skills, with experience using KPIs and customer insights to improve product performance.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, roadmap planning, and prioritization frameworks.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance commercial objectives, player experience, compliance requirements, and long-term product vision.
Experience working in a fast-paced, highly dynamic iGaming environment.
Familiarity with regulated gaming markets and responsible gaming principles is considered a strong advantage.
