Head of Sales & Marketing - Adventys

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial performance and market expansion of Adventys. Based at the Seurre plant and part of the leadership team, you will own the full commercial scope—driving profitable growth, shaping go-to-market strategies, and strengthening our international presence across OEM and export channels.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic vision and operational execution, working cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Finance to position Adventys as a key player in its market.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Define and execute the global commercial strategy (markets, channels, pricing, product portfolio)
  • Drive sales performance and P&L accountability for Adventys products and aftermarket activity
  • Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing teams (Sales/Key Account Managers, Marketing, Sales Operations)
  • Expand and manage OEM and export business, strengthening partnerships and customer engagement
  • Build and implement the marketing and communication strategy in collaboration with the European Marketing team
  • Ensure alignment with R&D and Operations to meet market needs (product development, availability, quality)
  • Monitor budgets and optimize sales & marketing investments
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Europe to maximize market penetration and growth

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

Experience & background

  • Solid experience in Sales leadership roles within B2B, industrial, or equipment environments
  • Strong track record in international business development, including export, OEM, and indirect channels
  • Experience managing P&L and defining commercial strategies
  • Exposure to cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, R&D, Operations, Finance)

  • Proven capability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
