Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>

• Lead and manage the Secondary School section in alignment with the school\u2019s vision, mission, and strategic objectives<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, and student achievement across the secondary phase<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Provide academic leadership for the British Curriculum, including GCSE programs and examination preparation<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor curriculum implementation, lesson quality, and student progress to ensure outstanding educational outcomes<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support and mentor teachers through coaching, professional development, and performance management<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and student\-centered learning environment<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, teachers, parents, and students to support academic and pastoral success<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Analyze academic performance data and implement improvement plans where necessary<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure compliance with ADEK requirements, school policies, safeguarding standards, and quality assurance procedures<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Lead curriculum planning, timetable coordination, and examination readiness<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Encourage innovation, digital learning, and best educational practices within the secondary school<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Foster strong communication and partnerships with parents and the wider school community<\/span>

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Education or relevant subject area (Master\u2019s Degree preferred)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Teaching qualification such as PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Minimum 5\u20138 years of teaching and leadership experience within a British Curriculum school<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong GCSE curriculum and assessment experience is essential<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proven experience in academic leadership and school improvement initiatives<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Strong understanding of ADEK regulations and inspection frameworks is preferred<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead teams effectively<\/span>
