Head of Social

You will lead organic social strategy across platforms and elevate the Offchain Labs product brands. You will translate complex technical developments into clear, credible narratives, own the social content calendar, edit and publish high-stakes content, and leverage AI and automation to scale publishing. You will direct agencies and internal teams to produce high-fidelity assets, mentor community managers for global coverage, and surface community feedback to product and marketing partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all social content reinforces the core narrative
• Translate complex technical developments into clear credible narratives
• Shape communications for launches partnerships and research with cross-functional partners
• Develop and execute cross-platform growth plans for X LinkedIn and YouTube
• Own the social content calendar and internal publishing operations
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline publishing workflows
• Direct internal teams and agencies to produce video motion graphics and technical visuals
• Identify thought leaders and trends across B2B LinkedIn and industry-focused X
• Lead and mentor community managers to ensure 24/7 coverage and aligned messaging
• Listen to community and ecosystem participants and provide feedback to cross-functional teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in social media marketing with direct Web3 experience
• Proven track record building and scaling social media accounts on X LinkedIn and YouTube
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible compelling content
• Experience managing and mentoring team members
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong knowledge of key KOLs and industry players within the blockchain ecosystem
