Head of Social, Video & Content Strategy (Destination Weddings)

Know how to build a brand on social? Do you genuinely get video, love social, and enjoy motivating and leading a team?

We’re looking for someone to shape how Paradise Weddings shows up to the world. Not just what we say, but how our brand looks, feels, and connects across every platform. If you love turning ideas into momentum and content into a brand people fall in love with, this role is for you.

This is a high-ownership role. You’ll be self-driven, decisive, and comfortable without hand-holding. Initiative, momentum, and accountability matter more than instructions.

The Head of Social & Video Growth owns our entire social ecosystem:
- Instagram

- YouTube

- TikTok

- and the ideas, hooks, visuals, and storytelling behind every post.

You are responsible for how our feeds look, how our brand feels, and how consistently and intentionally our content shows up.

This role shapes content from idea to execution:

  • Social and video strategy

  • Campaign concepts and storytelling

  • Scripts, hooks, captions, and creative direction

  • Production planning and execution

  • Post-production feedback and quality control

  • Turning long-form into high-impact short-form

  • Brand voice, consistency, and daily content direction

This is not a scheduling role. It’s ownership of how our content is created and how our brand appears to the world.

You will lead a small creative team by setting direction, standards, and energy. Motivating, setting goals, celebrating wins, and growing the team when needed are core responsibilities.

What You’ll Own


Social & Video Strategy

  • Overall growth strategy across platforms

  • Scalable systems for content production

  • Content ideas, campaigns, and scripts

  • Ensuring content is authentic, inspiring, and on-brand


Production & Post-Production

  • Oversight from idea through publishing

  • Collaboration with editors and creators

  • Clear, actionable feedback

  • High standards for storytelling and quality


Publishing & Brand Presentation

  • Content calendar and posting consistency

  • Cohesive, premium look across feeds

  • Strong visual identity and brand aesthetic

  • Ensuring Paradise Weddings feels modern and intentional everywhere


Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate a creative team

  • Set goals people rally behind

  • Coach and develop talent

  • Build excitement and ownership


Structure, KPIs & Reporting

  • Define and track performance metrics

  • Reporting that shows what’s working and why

  • Data-informed creative decisions

Wedding experience is a bonus, not required. Execution matters more than industry background.
