Head of Strategy

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification required
• 10–15 years of experience
• Strong understanding of banking operations, financial markets, and regulatory environment
• CFA, ACA/ACCA, ACIB, PMP are added advantages

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute corporate strategy for banking operations
• Drive financial growth, market expansion, and business planning
• Oversee strategic initiatives aligned with regulatory requirements
• Support executive leadership in decision-making and performance tracking
