EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

Master's Degree or MBA preferred
BSc degree in business, economics, or related disciplines
10 years minimum experience with 7 years in core strategy & growth related roles within the insurance or structured financial services firms
Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic leadership roles
Practical experience in public speaking, available to travel on short notice within and outside Nigeria; policy advocacy experience; excellent communication skills
Quality understanding of the Nigeria's dynamic economic environment
