Head of Structuring
You will play a pivotal role in building our tokenised funds business. Your responsibilities include partnering with asset managers and their service providers to design tokenised funds from inception to market, architecting innovative investment solutions using fund and issuance structures enabled by tokenisation, and building and evolving our global structuring capabilities across multiple markets and regulatory jurisdictions. You will act as a trusted problem solver for clients and internal teams, bridging traditional fund structures with modern financial technology, and you will serve as the internal authority on fund structuring, shaping product direction and supporting commercial teams with your deep expertise. You will contribute to a high-growth fintech environment where ownership and impact are rewarded.
Responsibilities
- Partner with asset managers and their service providers to design tokenised funds from inception to market
- Architect innovative investment solutions using a range of fund and issuance structures enabled by tokenisation
- Build and evolve our global structuring capabilities across multiple markets and regulatory jurisdictions
- Act as a trusted problem solver for clients and internal teams bridging traditional fund structures with modern financial technology
- Serve as the internal authority on fund structuring shaping product direction and supporting commercial teams with deep expertise
Requirements
- Deep experience in funds and SPV structuring across the United Kingdom and European markets
- Ambition to lead a business line
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for execution
- Proactive growth oriented mindset with a desire to learn develop and elevate those around you
- Motivated by disruption and innovation in the funds and structuring landscape
- Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative financial or investment solutions
- Nice to have experience at fintech or early stage business
