Head of Total Rewards
You design and manage a global compensation and benefits architecture, including job architecture, salary bands, variable incentive pay, and equity programs. You lead end to end annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, leveling, planning, and equity refreshes. You design, scale, and continuously improve benefits programs across the US LATAM and EMEA. You administer the equity program in coordination with Legal and Finance, including grant planning, cap table reviews, and employee communications around equity value. You build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and models that give leadership real time visibility into compensation trends, pay equity, and headcount cost. You partner with executives, HRBPs, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on all things total rewards, supporting performance management cycles, promotions, and recognition programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage a global compensation strategy including job architecture salary bands variable incentive pay and equity programs
- Lead end to end annual compensation cycles including benchmarking leveling planning and equity refreshes
- Design scale benefits programs across the US LATAM and EMEA
- Administer the equity program in coordination with Legal and Finance including grant planning cap table reviews and employee communications around equity value
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide leadership with real time visibility into compensation trends pay equity and headcount cost
- Partner with executives HRBPs Finance and Talent Acquisition on all things total rewards and support performance management promotions and recognition programs
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation benefits or total rewards with meaningful time spent in a startup or high growth environment
- Demonstrated experience building or redesigning a global compensation or benefits program
- Hands on experience with equity program administration including option grants RSUs and cap table coordination with Legal and Finance
- Strong analytical skills comfortable building compensation models pay equity analyses and executive level reporting from scratch
- Experience supporting global multicultural teams across multiple regions LATAM experience and Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred
- Track record partnering directly with CPO CFO and senior leadership on compensation strategy and board level reporting
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in HR Business or related field preferred CCP or CEBS certification a plus
