Job Mission:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Your role is to manage, facilitate, and deliver the learning journey,\nwith the objective to deliver superior learning experience and successful\nskills outcomes for our trainers, faculties and allocated learners.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Job Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Management of Stakeholders\nin assigned projects<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare the strategy\nfor delivery of courses as per project KPIs<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare hiring and\nengagement strategy for faculties, both Inhouse and Adjunct <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Define delivery KPIs\nand achievement matrix for the faculty team<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Monitor and guide\nfaculty performance. Provide mentorship to our trainers and adjunct trainers as\nrequired<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare learning\nplan, conduct learning orientation and training sessions for our trainers and\nmanage their learning journey <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

    • Train and lead in\-house trainers, adjunct\n faculty in delivering a successful & seamless course delivery<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Design the training plan for course delivery\n during the training workshops across clusters in India<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Prepare the Training Delivery Schedules and\n delivery process<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Co\-ordinate and assign the trainers and\n adjunct trainers as per the training delivery schedules<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul><\/ul>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Responsible for \ncontent design, content creation as required and curriculum design<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Get the curriculum\naligned to the national framework<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Adopt international\nbest practices in content and course delivery<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Oversea the\nlearning journey for the learners during the 2 day training sessions across\nIndia<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Create training\noutcome reports after each training session with trainers<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>On successful\ncompletion of each training workshop, collect the proof of successful training\ncompletion and learning outcome & present reports<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct live online\nsessions for India based learners, as per schedules<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Constantly review the\nlearners and trainers and provide feedback on improving the course content and\nother resources<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure all learning\ndelivery requirements and outcome reports are available for client\nreviews <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Initiate and conduct\nnew workshops based on the capacity available with WiselyWise Teams<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Create new offerings\nin training/Learning and development space<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/p>

      Job Prerequisites:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Master\u2019s/Bachelor\u2019s\n Degree in Engineering or Science<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li><\/ul>
        • Minimum 10\n years experience in training and teaching in K\-12 schools, Colleges/Universities and Corporates <\/span><\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>
          Team Structure:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>
          <\/div>
