Head of Travel & Lifestyle

We are seeking an experienced Head of Travel & Lifestyle to oversee all aspects of luxury travel, lifestyle management, and personal support for a UHNWI principal.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a comprehensive travel and lifestyle strategy
• Lead and manage PAs, travel coordinators, and household staff
• Oversee global travel arrangements, including private aviation and luxury accommodations
• Build and maintain relationships with premium vendors and negotiate preferred terms
• Manage travel risk, security protocols, and emergency response planning
• Provide discreet, flexible support in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
• Russian and English are fluent
• Proven experience supporting HNWI/UHNWI clients
• Family Office background with strong operational and strategic expertise
• Deep knowledge of luxury travel, private aviation, and high-end service standards
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• High level of discretion, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
• Multilingual skills and international exposure are advantageous
