Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
- Experience working with advertising budgets of $1.5 million/month
- Experience managing and developing UA teams
- Ability to build UA frameworks and operational processes
- Deep practical expertise in Meta Ads
- Experience with web-funnel purchases in B2C products
- Data-driven approach and systemic thinking
