Head of VIP - iGaming

iHunters is seeking a Head of VIP on behalf of a fast-growing iGaming operator expanding its presence in the Brazilian market. Our client is building a premium VIP operation from the ground up and looking for a relationship-driven leader who knows how to turn high-value player networks into long-term revenue. What You'll Do:

  • Build and lead the VIP operation in Brazil, owning both strategy and execution
  • Leverage an existing network of high-value players from day one
  • Prospect and acquire VIP players through poker clubs, agents, affiliates, premium events, and digital channels
  • Develop and manage partnerships with accredited VIP agents and affiliates
  • Define VIP tiers, benefits, betting limits, and qualification criteria
  • Design and execute hospitality plans, exclusive activations, and personalized player experiences
  • Collaborate with CRM teams on segmentation strategies, dedicated campaigns, and churn prevention
  • Manage a structured VIP acquisition pipeline with monthly growth targets
  • Represent the company at strategic events, tournaments, and premium networking opportunities
  • Work in close day-to-day collaboration with C-level leadership, contributing directly to executive decisions and the broader Brazil strategy
  • Own VIP revenue targets and be accountable for business outcomes at the highest level of the organization
  • Scale the operation over time, with the opportunity to build and lead your own team

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in VIP Management within iGaming, sports betting, online casino, land-based casino, or premium entertainment
  • A proven, active network of high-value players and established relationships with VIP agents, poker clubs, or premium player communities across Brazil, this is a non-negotiable requirement
  • Strong connections within São Paulo's poker and premium entertainment ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of VIP acquisition, retention, and relationship management strategies
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to operate against ambitious growth targets
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Advanced English

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience at a leading sportsbook, online casino, or premium land-based casino operator
  • Experience building VIP structures, teams, or processes from scratch
  • Knowledge of CRM, loyalty programs, and player segmentation strategies
  • Spanish proficiency
