    The Role<\/b>
    <\/div>
    This is not a "create some content and run campaigns" role. This is a leadership hire<\/b> \u2014 the first dedicated product marketing leader for a business unit that has validated product\-market fit across multiple verticals and now needs to build the commercial engine to scale from early traction to 100+ customers per product line.
    <\/div>
    You will own the entire product marketing function: positioning, go\-to\-market strategy, demand generation, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and brand building \u2014 across AVC, Buildings AI, and Fabric Duct.
    <\/div>
    You will work directly with the BU Head and engineering teams to shape product direction, drive launches, and grow adoption post\-launch.

    What You'll Do<\/b>

    Strategy & Positioning<\/b>

    • Define and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product vertical (AVC, Buildings AI, Fabric Duct)
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Develop go\-to\-market plans for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Build competitive intelligence frameworks \u2014 track existing competions, and emerging cloud\-native simulation tools
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Define pricing and packaging strategy in collaboration with leadership<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
      Demand Generation & Growth<\/b>
      <\/div>
      • Own the marketing funnel from awareness to MQL to sales handoff
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Plan and execute campaigns across channels: webinars, workshops, email nurtures, content marketing, landing pages, social media, and industry events
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Drive inbound lead generation through thought leadership content (LinkedIn, technical blogs, whitepapers, case studies)
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Manage and optimize the website and digital presence for conversion<\/span>

        Sales Enablement<\/b>
        <\/div>
        • Build sales collateral: pitch decks, one\-pagers, ROI calculators, competitive battle cards, demo scripts
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Enable the sales process with prospect\-ready materials that address buyer objections across different personas (CTOs, Design Heads, Sustainability Officers)
          <\/span><\/li>
        • Support key deals with custom content and positioning guidance<\/span>

          Events & Industry Presence<\/b>
          <\/b><\/div>
          • Represent simulationHub at industry events (Valve World, ACREX, ASHRAE events, ISHRAE conferences)

          • Plan booth presence, speaking opportunities, and workshop delivery
            <\/span><\/li>
          • Build relationships with industry associations (IVAMA, ASHRAE, ISHRAE)

            Brand & Content<\/b>

            • Build simulationHub's brand identity and voice across all touchpoints

            • Create and manage a content calendar that drives organic traffic and positions simulationHub as a thought leader in simulation democratization

            • Produce marketing content: case studies, application notes, video scripts, social media campaigns

              Team Building<\/b>

              • Build and lead a small, high\-performing marketing and communications team over time

              • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and vendor relationships for specialized projects

                • Engineering background (Mechanical or related field) + MBA in Marketing/Communications (or equivalent experience)

                • 5\u20138 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, preferably in technical/engineering software
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Experience taking a product from early traction to growth stage \u2014 you've built the playbook, not just executed someone else's
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Strong storytelling ability \u2014 you can translate deep technical concepts (CFD, thermal simulation, LEED compliance) into buyer\-friendly narratives
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Data\-driven \u2014 you set KPIs, measure funnel performance, and iterate based on evidence
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Hands\-on digital marketing skills: SEO, email automation, LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, webinar platforms
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Excellent communication and writing skills in English
                  <\/span><\/li>
                • Comfortable working in a lean, fast\-moving team where you own outcomes end to\-end
