Head Supply Chain CEERJ

SOBI is seeking for a deep operations and supply chain leader, experienced in the regions of CEERJ to bridge the commercial and operations aspects of an end-to-end supply chain view.
Vertical expectations are strategy deployment, relentless continuous improvements of supply chain mechanism and application of digital and data driven industry 4.0 standards adding value to the organization.
Horizontal the incumbent should bring to SOBI a broad leadership portfolio as situational leader underpinned by intercultural awareness and decisive communication skills across the organization.
Further, people development skills and experiences are required as well as a self-learning manner.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop CEERJ Supply Chain Strategy objectives key results
  • Analyze, propose and get approval for continues Supply Chain improvement initiatives
  • Apply latest digital and data strategic tools to add value for patients, customer and SOBI company
  • Apply situational leadership behaviors across the organization
  • Unlock potential of diverse teams by effective collaboration and content-based discussion to deliver superior results
  • Stay focused on mission critical items among daily routine
  • Communicate with impact across the organization of complex situations, decisions and actions taken
  • Master or equivalent higher university degree of Economics, Natural Science or Engineering in Biotech Ecosystems
  • 5 years plus of experience in leading teams (virtual or direct reporting) for complex Supply Chain operations in Pharma / Biotech
  • Fluent in English and solid cross cultural awareness and experience
  • Staying in one of the CEERJ country for work in Pharma Supply Chain, Marketing and Sales for min. 9 – 12 months of benefit
  • Certified Operational Excellence AGILE Leader, green Belt certificate or equivalent trainings is of benefit
  • Solid communication working horizonal along the end-to-end supply chain and vertical from executives to deep knowledgeable experts
  • Leadership should be adaptable to different content and cultural situations, skill set and rank in the organization applying promptly the right content and context to deliver superior results
  • Ability to stay focused on strategic tasks is pivotal and trying to rethink the problem faced is a good attitude to deliver economic reasonable and patient centric objectives
