Head, Technical & Performance
Leading the Technical & Performance team to support the business with technical and operations performance expertise and project management capability.
Collaborate actively with the Business Developments teams on the development and execution of the business unit growth by:
providing technical lead for new offers: technical development, audits, estimating, planning etc… with a strong focus on operational efficiencies.
supporting due diligence of M&A targets..
Optimize and improve the performance of current activities, work on problem resolution, resolve conflicting priorities and meet assignment deadlines within a collaborative environment.
Collaborate with Corporate and Zone Business Support and Performance (BS&P) teams to ensure local alignment on global directives.
Ensure all necessary coordination with BS&P Asia required for any project support and/or approval.
Drive and prioritize activity according to the business needs to ensure on schedule completion.
Continue to develop the technical community within the business unit to ensure that technical and performance standards and KPI's are uniformly applied across the business unit and enable knowledge exchange and employee's development.
For implementation, provide the overall direction and management of assigned personnel, equipment, subcontractors, applying proper and effective project management procedures and skills.
Ensure Capex projects and assignments are planned and coordinated according to the required schedule, with strict adherence to health and safety, quality and budget considerations.
Ensure technical quality and optimal health and safety in all aspects of job performance and compliance per all applicable local regulations and standards and Veolia corporate and Veolia South East Asia’s standards and best practices.
Actively participate in feedback and post-job evaluation.
Qualifications
Engineering degree with 15+ years post qualification experience, technical or operations, in at least 2 of the following core businesses (Water, Waste, Energy)
Relevant experience within Asia and construction implementation knowledge will be an advantage
Availability to travel within SouthEast Asia is essential
