Key Responsibilities
Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities promotion and growth
Mobilise deposits through the sales of wide range of Products (Commercial Papers, Bonds, Bond Fund, Nominated Funds and other Investment products)
Manage complex investment portfolios across multiple asset classes, including traditional and alternative investments.
Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
Provide personalized, high-touch advisory services focused on long-term wealth preservation and growth.
Advise on risk management solutions, including insurance and asset protection strategies.
Working with the management to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
Lead and mentor junior advisors and support staff, fostering professional development and high service standards.
Drive new business development through client referrals, networking, and strategic relationship management.
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging financial strategies.
Contribute to the firm’s strategic direction and thought leadership through insights and client education.
Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
Requirements
First Degree in any of the disciplines such as (Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance and Business Administration).
A post graduate degree will be an added an advantage.
A minimum of 7 years banking experience in a Relationship Management role.
Strong grasp of Excel demonstrated by ability to build, monitor, review and update complex and analyses;
Ability to evolve appropriate business strategy and operations, processes and key drivers to drive profitability and ROI.
Ability to demonstrate high degree of numerical, verbal and analytical competence.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrated with a mastery in written communication and presentations;
Ability to multi task and work closely with individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds
Personable team player, with the ability to gain confidence and trust of colleagues.
