Health Sensing EE - Engineering Manager

A proactive electrical engineering leader with a passion for solving complex technical challenges and building and developing high performing engineering teams. You have a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and decisions through complex technical issues. You will be applying your expertise in system, analog and digital circuit design to design critical health sensors and evaluate coexistence, sensor performance and product integration. You'll be engaged in the entire sensor development lifecycle, from concept to mass production. You are a strategic thinker with a strong foundation of analog circuit fundamentals and a proven track record of taking electrical designs into mass production. You're a collaborative teammate with excellent interpersonal skills and a drive to push the boundaries of innovation. You have experience representing your team's work in high-stakes forums, shaping technical strategy through persuasive communication, and mentoring others in presenting their work effectively. Minimum Qualifications Strong EE analog fundamentals with demonstrated experience in all phases of circuit design and development. Leadership experience managing engineers and cross-functional teams, with proven ability to present complex technical topics clearly and concisely, influencing decisions and securing buy-in from senior leadership. Experience creating engineering design, requirement, and specification documents. BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of lead or management experience. Experience with development process from early architecture through mass production. Experience with health technology or sensing system development. Cadence experience a plus. Proficiency with test equipment (oscilloscope, meters, etc.) and circuit simulation (SPICE). Proficiency in MATLAB and Python scripting tools. Experience with statistical analysis of production data (JMP, Tableau). Experience in FEA, simulation, and modeling tools (Comsol, ANSYS, Maxwell). Experience with high-volume mass production. BS in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
