Job Responsibilities:

• Provide care and companionship to assigned elderly clients
• Ensure clients follow the daily programme and activities
• Lead and participate in group activities with clients
• Assist with basic ADLs, including personal hygiene, medication reminders, oral feeding, toileting, and manual transfer to/from wheelchair or geriatric chair
• Measure and monitor vital signs
• Assist clients with simple exercises as instructed
• Ensure clients’ safety during all activities
• Follow centre processes, procedures and guidelines
• Report incidents or changes in client condition promptly to the Centre Manager
• Support other Care Executives and maintain good teamwork
• Assist in retaining and expanding the client base
