Job Summary

You will assist the TCM physician in treating customers using electrotherapy, foot reflexology, and head therapy. You will also support the centre manager in maintaining cleanliness and equipment operation while delivering excellent customer service and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrotherapy treatments on customers following TCM physician guidance to support customer health
• Apply foot reflexology techniques to customers to promote relaxation and wellness
• Administer head therapy treatments to customers to enhance therapeutic outcomes
• Assist the centre manager in maintaining cleanliness of the centre to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
• Support the operation and upkeep of treatment equipment to maintain functionality and safety
• Provide attentive and positive customer service to engage customers and address their needs effectively
