About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top healthcare professionals across a variety of healthcare-related positions in the United States. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and partnering with stakeholders to support hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through multiple recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and candidate databases.

· Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for open positions.

· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of healthcare talent to support both current and future hiring requirements.

· Review resumes and evaluate candidate credentials against job specifications.

· Present qualified candidates to hiring stakeholders with detailed screening notes and recommendations.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

· Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

· Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience.

· Proven success sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare-related roles.

· Strong interviewing, evaluation, and candidate assessment skills.

· Experience using sourcing platforms and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

· Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

Preferred Requirements

· Recruitment experience within healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, or related industries.

· Knowledge of U.S. healthcare hiring practices, workforce trends, and talent market dynamics.

· Experience recruiting for a variety of healthcare positions across different specialties and functions.
