Heavylift Engineer

Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a freight-forwarding company who is looking for a Heavylift Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the attendance and supervision of day-to-day site operations
• Guide the teams to steer in the heavylift and technical aspects
• Ensure proper standards are followed for the works contracted
• Develop process driven procedures and SOPs
• Design and provide relevant plans as per project requirements
• Issue, review and verify engineering calculations and Method of Statements

Key Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• NEBOSH and / or similar certification is a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with 2D CAD applications, 3D Modelling and structural engineering analysis
