  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.<\/span>

  4. Receive and follow up on resident complaints with the Maintenance Department.<\/span>

  5. Manage staff attendance and prepare daily reports.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  6. Communicate updates on new joiners and exits to the HR team.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  7. Coordinate with back\-office for ID cards and uniforms for staff.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  8. Maintain visitor logs, courier records, and vendor details.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  9. Handle petty cash and prepare related expense statements.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  10. Prepare and share daily reports with management.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  11. Assist in booking amenities and updating residents' electricity (BESCOM) bill details.<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>

  12. Maintain documentation and support general administrative tasks.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Education \- PUC/Any Graduation
    <\/div>
    Experience \- 2\-4 years
    <\/div>
    Communication Skills \- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi & Kannada.
    <\/div>
    Computer Skills \- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
