Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Welcome and assist clients, residents, and visitors.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Keep the front office clean and organized.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Coordinate with the Maintenance Team on resident complaints.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Track staff attendance and prepare daily reports.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Update HR on new joiners and exits.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Arrange staff ID cards, uniforms, and other onboarding needs.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain visitor logs, courier records, and vendor details.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Handle petty cash and prepare expense statements
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Share daily updates with management.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Assist with amenity bookings and update BESCOM (electricity) billing details.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Support general documentation and administrative work.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    Education \- PUC/Any Graduation
    <\/div>
    Experience \- 2\-4 years
    <\/div>
    Communication Skills \- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, Hindi & Kannada.
    <\/div>
    Computer Skills \- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
