Hematology Launch Lead
You will lead the launch and localisation of new hematology treatments in Türkiye. You will work closely with cross-functional partners including medical, market access, commercial, supply and global brand teams. We value strategic thinking, clear execution and strong collaboration. Responsibilities:
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Build and own the local launch plan and annual brand plan aligned with regional and global strategy.
- Use customer and market insights to design integrated campaigns for healthcare professionals and patients across channels.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver launch activities on time, including medical education, access, supply readiness and commercial enablement.
- Monitor launch performance with clear KPIs, use data to guide decisions, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Localise global materials and ensure all activities meet local laws, codes of promotion and company policies.
- Engage external experts, key accounts and patient groups to gather insights and improve customer experience.
- Prepare annual sales forecasts, budgets, and business targets
- Working closely with field sales teams to optimise customer engagement and ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives
Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, business or related field. MBA degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical brand management, product launch, or commercial roles.
- Minimum 1 year commercial/marketing experience in hematology therapeutic area is mandatory
- Demonstrated experience delivering integrated marketing or omnichannel campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solid analytical skills and experience using performance metrics to inform decisions.
- Commercial acumen: business case development, forecasting, budget management and ability to operate effectively in a competitive and dynamic market environment
- Fluent in Turkish with strong working knowledge of English.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience in multiple myeloma therapeutic area.
- Experience working with global or regional brand teams on launch planning in specialty therapeutic areas.
- Familiarity with market access or reimbursement pathways in Türkiye.
- Experience with digital platforms,patient support programs, or call centre initiatives.
- Comfort using analytics tools and drawing actionable insights from data.
Working Model
This role is based in Türkiye and is hybrid. Regular on-site presence is required. Expect travel within Türkiye up to 40% of the time.
